WordPress asks us to rewrite our first post. Â I enjoyed this challenge, pulled up my first post about custom floors and interiors, hit ‘edit’ and reworked it by changing the title.
After revising it, I searched for the publish button, and woe is me! Â It remained under the original’s format as an update.
Alas, the best way to point you to the revised post is by this method!

Thanks for following the dots to the revised post, and I hope that other bloggers learn from my mistake!

Not a good idea for mine. LOL
Sounds like something I would do, Z–not only the floor, but the mistake, as well
Hugs,
Kathy
For sure you would paint a knock-out design on a floor! Every so often WordPress ‘details’ throw a curve ball, and I lose hours of work because I didn’t anticipate the problem! Learning new things keeps the mind sharp and teaches us discipline and patience!
Thanks for your comment!

I followed the link. A great first post.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
thanks amiga! z
This is what I do, and it works for me.
Copy the original post, images and all. PASTE into a new post form, edit as you will, add the new title and voila! You’re good to go. It pops up as a new post with a new slug and new title. It seems to me the easiest way to do it, and it also preserves the original post!
bless you bless you bless you!!!

oh my gosh! your white/gray cat looks just like ours!! Eddie has a clone. sorry, that’s all I came here to say 🙂
the cat belongs to my friends in costa rica! i’m glad that it caught your eye! z
Can’t pick a favorite because they all rock, but I do love the mirrors.
Sometimes these posts make me want to pull my hair out! Are we having fun yet? ALWAYS! 😆
ha! of course we’re having fun! when a wordpress glitch frustrates me, i am also reminded that solving the problems will also help keep my gray matter strong!
i’m glad that you liked the mirrors. they’re always fun to paint and don’t require a long segment of time! z

Oh my goodness, that’s awesome! LOVE your work. You make me want to do things like that here. Oh right, never mind, it’s a rented house. I’ll just have to look at yours and drool. That lizard on the floor was totally cool! There was no problem finding the post with your link.
what a great comment! you made me smile! maybe you can find some way to inject a bit of custom work in your house! i’m glad you liked the lizard! thanks again, lisa/z
